Pressure LLC("Pressure," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect your personal information when you visit our website at pressure-app.com (the "Website"), create an account, use the PULSE Suite of TradingView indicators, or interact with any of our services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Service, regardless of how you access it (web browser, mobile device, or third-party integrations). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Service. This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

2. Information We Collect

2.1. Information You Provide Directly. When you create an account, subscribe to a paid plan, or interact with our Service, you may provide us with the following categories of personal information: (a) identity information, including your full name, username, and profile picture; (b) contact information, including your email address; (c) financial information, including payment card details, billing address, and transaction history, which is collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe; (d) authentication information, including passwords, authentication tokens, and OAuth credentials managed by our authentication provider, Clerk; (e) communication information, including the content of emails, support tickets, feedback, and other communications you send to us; and (f) preference information, including your display settings, notification preferences, and indicator configurations. 2.2. Information Collected Automatically. When you access or use the Service, we automatically collect certain information, including: (a) device information, such as your device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution, and unique device identifiers; (b) usage information, such as pages viewed, features used, indicators accessed, click patterns, session duration, and referring URLs; (c) log information, such as your IP address, access times, and server log data; (d) location information, such as your approximate geographic location as inferred from your IP address; and (e) cookie and tracking data, as described in our Cookie Policy. 2.3. Information from Third Parties. We may receive information about you from third-party sources, including: (a) authentication providers (Clerk), such as your name, email address, and profile picture when you use Google or Apple OAuth; (b) payment processors (Stripe), such as payment confirmation, subscription status, and fraud prevention data; (c) analytics providers, such as aggregated usage statistics; and (d) publicly available sources, such as social media profiles you have made public.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes: (a) to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including processing your registration, managing your account, and delivering the Indicators; (b) to process payments, manage subscriptions, handle billing inquiries, and prevent fraud; (c) to send you transactional communications, including account verification emails, subscription confirmations, payment receipts, and security alerts; (d) to send you promotional communications about new features, product updates, educational content, and special offers, where you have consented or where we have a legitimate interest to do so; (e) to provide customer support and respond to your inquiries, requests, and feedback; (f) to monitor and analyze usage patterns, trends, and preferences to improve the Service and develop new features; (g) to detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, and other illegal activities; (h) to enforce our Terms and Conditions and other policies; (i) to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and governmental requests; (j) to protect the rights, property, and safety of Pressure LLC, our users, and the public; and (k) for any other purpose with your consent.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom (UK), we process your personal data based on the following legal grounds under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): (a) contract performance — processing necessary to perform our contract with you, including providing the Service and managing your account; (b) legitimate interests — processing necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as improving the Service, preventing fraud, and sending relevant communications, provided these interests are not overridden by your rights; (c) consent — processing based on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent, such as for marketing communications; and (d) legal obligation — processing necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which we are subject.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your information with the following categories of recipients: 5.1. Service Providers. We share information with third-party service providers that perform services on our behalf, including: (a) Clerk — authentication and identity management; (b) Stripe — payment processing and subscription management; (c) Vercel — website hosting and content delivery; (d) analytics providers — usage analytics and performance monitoring; (e) email service providers — transactional and marketing email delivery; and (f) cloud storage providers — secure data storage and backup. 5.2. Legal and Regulatory. We may disclose your information to: (a) comply with applicable laws, regulations, subpoenas, court orders, or legal processes; (b) respond to lawful requests from public authorities, including law enforcement and national security agencies; (c) protect the rights, property, and safety of Pressure LLC, our users, or the public; (d) detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues; and (e) enforce our Terms and Conditions and other agreements. 5.3. Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, dissolution, sale of assets, or similar transaction, your personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy. 5.4. With Your Consent. We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically: (a) account data is retained for as long as your account is active; (b) transaction records are retained for at least seven (7) years for tax, accounting, and regulatory compliance purposes; (c) usage and analytics data may be retained in aggregated, anonymized form indefinitely; (d) communication records are retained for up to three (3) years after your last interaction; and (e) data subject to a legal hold or pending litigation will be retained until the hold is lifted or the matter is resolved. Upon account deletion or upon expiration of the applicable retention period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except where retention is required or permitted by law.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, destruction, or loss. While we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

8. International Data Transfers

Your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers maintain facilities. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those of your country of residence. If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we will ensure that any transfer of your personal data to countries outside the EEA is subject to appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

GDPR Rights (EEA/UK Users). If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have the rights described in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, including the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object. If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA): (a) the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell; (b) the right to delete your personal information; (c) the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (note: we do not sell your personal information); (d) the right to correct inaccurate personal information; (e) the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information; and (f) the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights. You may opt out of receiving promotional emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any promotional email or by updating your notification preferences in your account settings. Please note that even if you opt out of promotional communications, we may still send you transactional and service-related communications.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible. 11. Do Not Track Signals

Some web browsers may transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals to websites. Because there is no uniform standard for interpreting DNT signals, the Service does not currently respond to DNT signals. We will continue to monitor developments in DNT technology and reassess our practices as standards evolve.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will post the updated Privacy Policy on the Website with a revised "Last Updated" date. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
