1. Your Right to Data Deletion
Pressure LLC("Pressure," "we," "us," or "our") respects your right to control your personal data. Under applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other applicable state and international privacy laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data, subject to certain exceptions. This page explains how to request data deletion, what data will be deleted, what data we may retain, and the timeline for processing your request.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your personal data through any of the following methods: 2.1. Self-Service Deletion. You can delete your account and associated personal data directly from your account dashboard by navigating to Settings and selecting the "Delete Account" option. This will initiate an immediate deletion process. 2.2. Email Request. You may request data deletion by sending an email to support@pressure-app.comfrom the email address associated with your Pressure account. Your email should include: (a) the subject line "Data Deletion Request"; (b) your full name as registered on your account; (c) the email address associated with your account; and (d) a statement requesting deletion of your personal data. 2.3. 3. Identity Verification
To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion requests, we will verify your identity before processing any data deletion request. Verification methods may include: (a) confirming that the request is sent from the email address associated with your account; (b) requesting additional information to confirm your identity; or (c) requiring you to log into your account and confirm the deletion. If we cannot verify your identity, we may be unable to process your deletion request.
4. What We Delete
Upon receiving and verifying a valid data deletion request, we will delete the following categories of personal data within thirty (30) days: (a) your account profile information, including your name, email address, profile picture, and account settings; (b) your authentication credentials and session data held by our authentication provider (Clerk); (c) your subscription and billing history, except as required by law (see Section 5); (d) your usage analytics and activity logs tied to your account; (e) your communication records, including support tickets and emails; (f) your notification preferences and indicator configurations; and (g) any other personal data we hold about you that is not subject to a legal retention requirement.
5. What We May Retain
In accordance with applicable law, we may retain certain data after your deletion request in the following circumstances: 5.1. Legal and Regulatory Requirements. We are required to retain certain records for tax, accounting, and regulatory compliance purposes. Transaction records, invoices, and payment confirmations may be retained for up to seven (7) years as required by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and applicable state tax authorities. 5.2. Fraud Prevention and Security. We may retain limited data (such as email address hashes and IP addresses associated with fraudulent activity) to prevent abuse of the Service, enforce our Terms and Conditions, and protect the rights and safety of Pressure LLC and its users. 5.3. Anonymized and Aggregated Data. We may retain data that has been fully anonymized and aggregated such that it can no longer be used to identify you. This anonymized data may be used for analytics, research, and service improvement purposes indefinitely. 5.4. Legal Holds and Pending Disputes. If your account or data is subject to a legal hold, pending litigation, ongoing investigation, or unresolved dispute, we may retain relevant data until the matter is resolved. 5.5. Third-Party Backups. While we will delete your data from our active systems, copies of your data may temporarily persist in encrypted backup systems for up to ninety (90) days before being automatically overwritten. These backups are encrypted and access-controlled, and we will not restore deleted data from backups unless required by law.
6. Effects of Data Deletion
Please be aware of the following consequences of account and data deletion: (a) Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your data is deleted, we cannot recover it. (b) You will immediately lose access to all features of the Service, including both free and paid Indicators. (c) Any active paid subscription will be cancelled. No refund will be issued for any unused portion of your current billing period. (d) Your TradingView charts will no longer display PULSE Indicators, and any saved chart layouts that rely on PULSE Indicators may be affected. (e) You will no longer have access to community features, including Discord channels or forums associated with your Pressure account. (f) If you wish to use the Service again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
7. Processing Timeline
We will process your data deletion request according to the following timeline: (a) we will acknowledge receipt of your request within five (5) business days; (b) we will verify your identity within ten (10) business days of receiving your request; (c) we will complete the deletion of your personal data from our active systems within thirty (30) days of verifying your identity; and (d) we will provide written confirmation of deletion upon request. In cases involving complex requests or a large volume of data, we may extend the processing timeline by an additional thirty (30) days. If an extension is necessary, we will notify you of the delay and the reason for it.
8. Third-Party Data Deletion
In addition to deleting data from our own systems, we will instruct our sub-processors (including Clerk and Stripe) to delete your personal data in accordance with their data retention policies and applicable law. Please note that we cannot control the data retention practices of third-party services you may have independently interacted with, such as TradingView or Discord.
